PAGSISIYASAT SA DRUG BUST AT PAGRI-RECYCLE NG MGA NAKUMPISKANG ILIGAL NA DROGA, IPINAGPATULOY NG KAMARA

Sa pagpapatuloy ng imbestigasyon ng House Ctte on Dangerous Drugs na pinamumunuan ni Rep.Robert “Ace” Barbers alinsunod sa HR00495 na sumisiyasat sa pagri-recycle ng mga nakumpiskang iligal na droga, na kinasasangkutan umano ng mga tauhan ng Philipine National Police o PNP, nakita ng komite na mayroong talagang nangyayaring conspiracy at malawakang cover-up sa loob ng hanay ng mga kapulisan.

Matapos mabasa ni dating PNP Chief Rodolfo Azurin Jr. ang ulat ng Special Investigation Task Group (SITG), nalungkot ito kung papaano ang pinakamalaking drug haul sa bansa na nakapagpapababa ng moral ng PNP matapos na iulat ang mga iregularidad sa pamamaraan ng nasabing drug operation. 

Sinabi pa ni Azurin na: “the SITG came out with the conclusion that the covert acts of the PCOs and PNCOs clearly manifest irregularities and misconduct, the acts were done for their personal gain and interest.
