Ipinapanukala ngayon sa Kamara ang pagkakaroon ng specialized training center para sa mga construction workers sa lahat ng rehiyon.


Sa House Bill 9281 o Philippine Construction Workers Academy Act nina Reps. Edwin Gardiola, Romeo Momo at Anthony Rolando Golez Jr., binigyang diin ang kahalagahan na magkaroon ng karampatang skills at training ang construction workers upang masigurong "top-tier" ang mga gagawin nilang kalsada, gusali at iba pang istruktura.


"The ultimate goal of this legislation is to elevate the skills of the Philippine construction

workforce, making a substantial contribution to our nation's infrastructure development and

modernization." saad sa panukala


Sa Lipa Batangas targrt itayo ang pilot Philippine Construction Workers Academy.


Sasailalim sa isang competitivr bidding process para mapili ang pribadong kompanya na mag ooperate sa training center katuwang ang TESDA.


Kabilang sa mga dapat ituro ang masonry, plumbing, construction painting, electrical installation, safety protocol at iba pa.


Bibigyang prayoridad na makapasok ang mga solo parent, anak ng solo parent at PWD.


Itinutulak na gawing 80-100 percent ng tuition fee dito ay sagutin ng TESDA


"To ensure the sustainable operation of the Academy and the provision of tuition assistance through scholarships to students, an annual student quota shall be established. ...This quota shall be revisited every three (3) years, or as necessary, to assess the changing educational landscape and to make adjustments ensuring that adequate funding is allocated to cover the tuition and related educational expenses of students. The ultimate goal is to maintain an equitable and accessible education system, affording educational opportunities to all qualified individuals." sabi pa sa panukala
