Wedding Message

First and foremost, Thank you Roxy & Dexter for allowing me and my wife to share in your special day. ... We are happy to celebrate this day with you!

We honor today’s momentous event as it is an authentic glimpse of the love that God has given you as a couple.

Today says it all! Your wedding day is the day your families and friends are rejoicing.

And couldn’t agree more with me that Marriage is a gift – an amazing blessing from above- yet it is not always a bed of roses.

It isn’t easy. Let me rephrase — a STRONG marriage is NOT easy.

In every relationship, there are ups and downs. It is NOT always perfect and conflict free. It is about confronting. It is not a stroll down easy road. It is more like a bumpy drive, through traits and weaknesses.

It is difficult because, it is the bonding together of two limited and imperfect human beings. This is what you both should remember, you are both human and you are both flawed.

But the good news is - your marriage is designed to succeed, so don't take anything less than it. Be both committed to your wedding vows.

Be sincere and open minded to one another, resolve issues before sleeping, never allow grudges and suspicion. Avoid bottling up issues.

Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults. Let your love keep burning like unquenchable fire and the God of love shall permanently establish your home and family.

Finally, pray to our  God Almighty to give you the grace to live with each other in peace and harmony; bear with one another's weaknesses and grow from each other’s strengths.

You are an imperfect couple and should learn to enjoy your differences.

May you both always flourish with every endeavour you undertake by God’s  grace.

So here’s to the bride and the bridegroom,
We’ll ask your success in our prayers,
And through life’s sunshine and dark shadows and challenges in marriage
May God’s grace may always be yours.

Cheers and Congratulations!
