REAX SA SENATE MANIFESTO

Sa tao naman tayo makinig hind isa bente kuwatrong tao. So how can you just ano, if 6 of them, do not, kung anim sa kanila the way they want it, only seven senator can trump the voice of the 12% of the population.

So that’s not possible under the current constitution. 

SABI PRESIDENTE ECNOMIC BUKAS PERO THROUGH LEGISLATION NOT PI

Ang dami nang ano yan e, there’s so many ways to skin the cat but at the end of the day you really need to change the constitution. If it’s possible by legislation and given the adamant and almost violent response of the senate to the people’s initiative, then I think that’s----I hope they’re still open apra naman…kasi kung yung ano ginamit lang sana nila sa kanilang framework yung RBH 2, yun ang finile nila e di at least I think there’s room na we could jointly tackle it, o, separately tackle it. But they are already limited it to the three. So the only way for the house is to reject it. Kasi tatalo lang e, tapos yung impact lang is 1.78 percent of GDP. So it will not suffice in order for the Philippines  to catch up with the rest of our neighbors.

PAANO BA MAG PUSH PI?

Essentially under that amendment na jointly, it’s either the speaker or the senate president can convene both houses as  a constituent assembly ngayon. Boboto na jointly hindi na separately. Ang gusto ng senate they tackle it separately. So pag labas sa kanila tatlo lang, paglabas sa amin pito, stalemate ang mangyayari. Imbes na we vote on it together and tackle it together. So we cannot amend what the senate will do with the RBH 6.

Total winithraw na rin naman nila yung, so moot and academic na yun, they already withdrew RBH6 di ba?

PAANO CHECKS AND BALANCES?

The best checks and balances is from the people so. 12.1% lang naman yan e. what about the rest? You still have 88%, you have to face them.

NANANATILI PA RIN BA TARGET NYO NA BEFORE THE SONA?

Nasa kumpas na po yan ng Comelec. Kung gaano kabilis silang mag validate ng signatures. So para sa pananaw, sa puntong ito, we have reached already, we have crossed the Rubicon so to speak. So it is the constitution now that must operate.

It’s not the house, it’s not the senate, it’s the people, it’s the constitution.

For once why don’t we listen to the people. And ayaw  mo niyan? Grand debate, bawat bayan magra-rally, kami pro, sila against, e di makitakung mag vote no edi panalo sila di ba?

Bakit ka takot na takot magkaroon ng mga rally na pro and con, sisikat pa nga sila di ba?

That gives them a platform samantalang kami naman ang kailangan lang naming yung distrito. Ans ang problema naman kasi sa constitution, not a problem, the limiting factor there is the constitution always refers to 3% of a district. And a district is always represented by, a congressman so that is the, diyan ang pinagsisimulan po ng mga Bintang o kung ano pa.
