PAGKILALA NG PUBLIKO SA KAHALAGAHAN AT PAPEL NG AFP, IKINATUWA NI SPEAKER ROMUALDEZ

Ikinatuwa ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez ang resulta ng OCTA Research survey na nagpapakita na kinikilala at pinahahalagahan ng publiko ang Armed Forced of the Philippines (AFP) at ang mga ginagawa nito upang maproteksyunan ang bansa.

(“I am particularly heartened to learn that awareness of the AFP has reached a universal mark of 100% among adult Filipinos, increasing from 89% in October 2023. This universal awareness is a clear indication of the AFP's prominent role and presence in our national consciousness,” ani Speaker Romualdez.

“More importantly, the survey results show an overwhelming majority, 86% of the respondents, are satisfied with the AFP and its accomplishments, maintaining a high net satisfaction rating of +84,” dagdag pa ng lider ng Kamara na mayroong mahigit 300 miyembro.)

Ang pagkalugod sa ginagawa ng AFP, batay sa survey, ay hindi nalalayo sa +83 porsyento na nakuha nito sa survey noong Oktobre 2023.

Ang mataas na rating ay naglagay umano sa AFP sa listahan ng pinaka pinagkakatiwalaan at top performing agency ng gobyerno noong 2023, ayon sa OCTA Research.

Nagpasalamat din si Speaker Romualdez sa mga tauhan ng AFP sa kanilang hindi matatawarang pagseserbisyo at sakripisyo sa pagpapanatili ng seguridad at kapayapaan ng bansa.

“Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng inyong serbisyo at malasakit sa ating mga mamamayan. Hindi po matatawaran ang inyong sakripisyo matiyak lamang na ligtas ang ating bayan mula sa anumang banta o panganib,” wika pa ni Speaker Romualdez.

Muli rin nitong iginiit ang pangako ng Kamara na susuportahan ang AFP sa kanilang misyon na ipagtanggol ang bansa.

“We will continue to work towards providing our military with the necessary resources and legislation to ensure they can perform their duties effectively and continue to garner the high level of public trust and satisfaction they so rightfully deserve,” sabi pa nito.

“Let us all continue to support our Armed Forces as they work tirelessly to maintain peace and security across our archipelago,” dagdag pa ng lider ng Kamara. (END)
