Mataas na rating ni Speaker Romualdez iniugnay sa paglipat ng confidential funds

Iniugnay ng isang mambabatas ang mataas na survey rating na nakuha ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez sa ginawang paglipat ng Kamara de Representantes sa confidential funds ng mga civilian agency patungo sa mga ahensya na ang mandato ay proteksyunan ang bansa.

Ayon kay Senior Deputy Speaker at Pampanga 3rd District Rep. Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr. ginawa ang third quarter survey ng Octa Reseach mula Setyembre 30 hanggang Oktobre 4 o panahon kung kailan nagdesisyon ang Kamara na ilipat ang confidential funds ng mga civilian agency.

“The Octa Research 2023 third quarter survey was conducted between Sept. 30 and Oct. 4. That’s when the controversy around the House decision to reallocate CIFs from civilian offices to agencies having to do with national security was brewing,” ani Gonzales.

Naniniwala si Gonzales na alam ng publiko ang naturang isyu dahil laman ito hindi lamang ng mainstream media kundi maging ng social media.

“They agreed with the House decision as reflected in the significant increase in the levels of their trust and their approval of the performance of our leader, Speaker Romualdez,” sabi ni Gonzales.

“That’s one way of looking at the survey numbers. Another way is the public is largely supportive of the all-out help our Speaker and the House in general have been extending to our President in making life better for our people,” dagdag pa ng kongresista.

Naniniwala si Gonzales na kinikilala ng publiko ang mga nagawa ng Kamara gaya ng paglaban sa mataas na presyo ng bilihin, iligal na droga, at mga naipasa nitong panukala na pakikinabangan ng mga Pilipino.

Speaker Romualdez may pinakamalaking pagtaas sa performance, trust rating—OCTA Research

Nakapagtala si Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez ng pinakamalaking pagtaas sa performance at trust rating batay sa survey ng OCTA Research.

Batay sa survey na isinagawa mula Setyembre 30 hanggang Oktobre 4, 2023, si Speaker Romualdez ay nakakuha ng 60 porsyentong trust rating, tumaas ng 6 porsyento kumpara sa 54 porsyento na nakuha nito sa survey noong Hulyo.

Si Speaker Romualdez ay nakakuha naman ng walong porsyentong distrust rating bumaba ng 4 porsyento kumpara sa 12 porsyento na naitala nito sa nakaraang survey.

Sa performance rating, si Speaker Romualdez ay nakapagtala naman ng 61 porsyento, mas mataas ng 6 porsyento kumpara sa 55 porsyento na nakuha nito sa nakaraang survey.

Bumaba naman ng 2 porsyento ang kanyang dissatisfaction rating na naging 9 porsyento mula sa 11 porsyento.

Sa kaparehong survey, si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ay nakapagtala ng 73 porsyentong trust rating (mula sa 75 porsyento), samantalang si Vice President Sara Duterte ay 75 porsyento (mula sa 83 porsyento). Si Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri ay 57 porsyento (tumaas mula 56 porsyento), at si Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo ay 21 porsyento (mula sa 27 porsyento).

Ang satisfaction rating naman ng Pangulo ay 65 porsyento (mula sa 71 porsyento), samantalang si Duterte ay bumaba sa 70 porsyento (mula sa 82 porsyento). Si Zubiri ay tumaas ng isang porsyento at naging 58 porsyento samantalang si Gesmundo ay bumaba ng 8 porsyento mula sa 20 porsyento.

Ang survey, na may 1,200 respondents ay mayroong margin of error na 3 porsyento at confidence level na 95 porsyento.

Pagtaas ng rating ni Speaker Romualdez lalong nagpa-alab sa pagnanais ng Kamara na mapababa presyo, maparami suplay ng pagkain—Enverga

Ang mataas na trust at satisfaction rating na nakuha ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez sa survey ay lalo umanong nagpa-alab sa pagnanais ng Kamara de Representantes na mapababa ang presyo ng bilihin at maparami ang suplay ng pagkain sa bansa.

Ito ang sinabi ni Quezon 1st District Rep. Mark Enverga matapos na tumaas ng rating ni Speaker Romualdez sa survey ng OCTA Research na isinagawa mula Setyembre 30 hanggang Oktobre 4.

“The substantial increase in trust and approval ratings for Speaker Romualdez serves as a resounding testament to his effective leadership. It reinforces our commitment within the House of Representatives to remain vigilant in our role, especially when it comes to ensuring the stability of prices for essential commodities, with a particular focus on staples like rice and other vital agricultural products,” ani Enverga, Chairman ng House Committee on Agriculture and Food.

Ayon sa survey nakapagtala si Speaker Romualdez ng 60 porsyentong trust rating na malaki ang iniangat kumpara sa 38 porsyento na kanyang naitala noong 2022.

Kumpara sa nakuha na 54 porsyento sa survey noong Hulyo 2023, si Speaker Romualdez ay nakapagtala ng 60 porsyento sa pinakahuling survey ng OCTA.

Ang performance rating ni Speaker Romualdez ay tumaas naman sa 61 porsyento mula sa 55 porsyento noong Hulyo. Noong 2020 hanggang 2022 ang satisfaction rating ni Speaker Romualdez ay nasa 44 porsyento lamang.

Sinabi ni Enverga na ang nakuhang rating ng lider ng Kamara ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon upang mas maging masigasig sa pagtatrabaho at tulungan ang administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na matugunan ang mga isyu ng pagtaas ng presyo ng bilihin at pagtiyak na mayroong sapat na suplay ng pagkain sa bansa.

“We are committed to the pursuit of measures that will guarantee the affordability and accessibility of basic goods for every Filipino, while concurrently addressing the challenges that confront our agricultural sector,” sabi ni Enverga.

Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Speaker Romualdez ay inimbestigahan ng komite ni Enverga ang iba’t ibang isyu sa sektor ng agrikultura gaya ng mataas na presyo ng sibuyas, asukal, bigas at iba pang produktong petrolyo.

Mataas na rating ni Speaker Romualdez patunay na nasa tamang landas ang Kamara

Ang mataas na trust rating ni House Speaker Martin G. Romualdez ay patunay umano na tama ang tinatahak na landas ng Kamara de Representantes sa pagganap nito sa mandato at pagsisilbi sa sambayanang Pilipino.

Ayon kay Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy S. Co, chairman ng House Committee on Appropriations, ang dahan-dahang pag-akyat ng trust rating ni Speaker Romualdez ay dahil sa magandang pamumuno nito.

“I believe if the Filipino people continue to put their trust in Speaker Romualdez’s leadership, then the House must be doing something right,” ani Co, na siya ring pangulo ng Partylist Coalition Foundation Inc. (PCFI).

“And it is my humble assertion that legislative work under Speaker Romualdez complements the efforts of the administration of President Bongbong Marcos Jr. Government programs are made possible through a competent, streamlined but exhaustive legislation process put in place by the Speaker,” dagdag pa nito.

Batay sa resulta ng survey ng Octa Research na isinagawa mula Setyembre 30 hanggang Oktobre 4, tumaas ang trust rating ni Speaker Romualdez sa 60% mula sa 54% na naitala noong Hulyo 2023 o pagtaas na 6%.

Mas mataas din ito ng 22% kumpara sa 38% trust rating ni Speaker Romualdez noong 2022.

Ayon kay Co katatapos lamang aprubahan ng Kamara, na may 300 miyembro ang panukalang P5.768 trilyong national budget para sa 2024 pero hindi pa rin ito tumitigil sa pagtatrabaho at inaasikaso ang mga panukala na kailangan ng administrasyong Marcos upang mapaangat ang buhay ng mga Pilipino.

“We have just passed the national budget that is envisioned to implement the goals and aspirations of President Marcos for the people next year. And the leadership of Speaker Romualdez made this possible. This is the reason he has a high trust rating, because we as lawmakers emulate his hard work,” saad pa ni Co.

Ayon kay Co, inatasan ni Speaker Romualdez ang mga komite na ipagpatuloy ang pagsasagawa ng mga pagdinig kahit na nakabakasyon ang sesyon ng Kongreso.

Ito ay upang matiyak na matatapos umano ng Kamara ang mga prayoridad na panukala ng administrasyong Marcos bago ang bakasyon ng Kongreso sa Disyembre.

Barbers sa mataas na rating ni Speaker Romualdez: ‘Nakaka-proud’

Ang mataas na trust at satisfaction rating na nakuha ni Speaker Martin Romualdez sa survey ng Octa Research ay magsisilbi umanong inspirasyon ng Kamara de Representantes upang mas magsumikap para matapos ang legislative agenda ng administrasyong Marcos.

Ito ang sinabi ni Surigao del Norte 2nd District Representative Robert Ace Barbers, chairman ng House Committee on Dangerous Drugs, na nagsabi nitong Lunes na ang morale ng mga miyembro ng Kamara ay lalong tumaas sa nakuhang rating ni Speaker Romualdez.

"These ratings show that Speaker Romualdez's efforts throughout the past year and a half haven't gone unnoticed and unappreciated. While I'm sure that the good Speaker won't gloat about it, for us House members, we are happy to see his hard work recognized. This gives us all the more reason reason to work harder for the benefit of Filipinos," sabi ni Barbers.

Kamara binigyang kredito ni Speaker Romualdez sa mataas na rating na nakuha

Nagpasalamat si Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez sa mga Pilipino sa mataas na trust at performance rating na nakuha nito subalit sinabi na ang mga miyembro ng Kamara de Representantes ang dapat na bigyan ng kredito dahil sa kanilang pagsasama-sama at dedikasyon na mapabuti ang kalagayan ng mga Pilipino.
